After 2 weeks spent between 3 islands (with 1-2 meals being eaten at restaurants per day) this restaurant experience earns the top for worst overall (food and service) on our Hawaii vacation. We specifically went to this restaurant for glutenfree pizza based on the reviews from this app. After 15 minutes of waiting at a table, we finally received menus. When ordering, I was informed that they were out of glutenfree crust and therefore no glutenfree pizza. So I ordered the glutenfree pasta dish. After approximately another 40 minutes I received the dish which consisted of plain penne noodles that looked like they went through a shredder. There were approx 3 cherry tomatoes and a couple of spinach leaves on the plain shredded penne pasta noodles. We never saw our server again after ordering the dishes. We found someone cleaning tables whom we asked for our bill so that we could leave. I gave this restaurant 2 stars because I didn't get glutened. Otherwise, based on the service and the food, it was not a positive experience. I would not return to this restaurant, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

GF options are marked on menu. They have gf apps, pizza, and pasta. Had the pizza and it was really good!

We ate there last night and had gf pizza and a salad. The waitress was very accommodating and marked it as an “allergy” in the kitchen. I’m very sensitive and did not get sick!

The staff was amazing! Always there to fill up water and very polite. The menu was very clearly marked gluten free and they had gluten free pizza crust. When my gluten free pizza arrived, half of it was burned so as the manager set it down, she told me that she already asked the kitchen to remake me another one, but that I could eat the part of the pizza that wasn’t burned in the meantime. Really spectacular service that I was not expected. I have celiac disease and didn’t get sick. The rest of my family had their regular pizza and they were all very happy. Highly recommend!!!!

Delicious gluten free pizza and pasta. Shared kitchen but staff knowledgeable and ensured GF orders were cooked separately.

Had the roasted brussel sprouts and gluten free pizza and both were good ( I’m not celiac). My husband had a regular calzone and liked it. The waitress was very nice.

They were great and had many gluten free options! I had the pizza and caprese salad and the crust had amazing flavor.

I’m writing this review because although I didn’t try the pizza, this restaurant does have celiac-safe options. I was too nervous to try the gluten free pizza but I ordered the Kalua pork and cabbage and it was delicious. I asked if any changes needed to be made to make it gluten free and the waiter told me no, it was naturally gluten free already. I’m glad I was able to find a gluten free option at a pizza place.

Staff is knowledgeable and sensitive to gluten free. Pizza is awesome!!! Salad and gluten free pasta is also good - but pizza is my favorite every time I come here. Everything is made fresh in house. Been many times and not been sick. :-)

The bbq pork rib entree is a must have, it's so tender that I had to eat it with a fork!!! The staff is helpful and our delivery person Jeanne was so friendly as well. Will definitely be returning before we head home.

They have gf bases for pizza, salads and can do rice pasta. Menu clearly marked, server took gf seriously which is always a plus. Base was good, not fantastic but definitely edible, toppings and tasty mozzarella made up for it :)

Good GF pizza. Sensitive traveler and no illness. Also great pasta options (rice pasta). Salads are incredible. Definitely recommend.

Son is asymptomatic celiac so it's always hard for us to judge a place. Based on their knowledge, description of procedure for celiacs, etc I do recommend this place. The atmosphere and our server were wonderful as well.

After reading all of the good reviews, I was super disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a GF pizza and when they brought it to me they had set a cheese shaker ON my pizza. When we got the bill it didn't say gluten free on it, but when they brought the pizza out they called it gluten free... so I'm really not even sure what I ate. All I know is, I got sick and it made for a less than enjoyable evening.

They make their own GF pizza dough and the pizza is very good.

I had the gluten free pizza with pineapple and kalua pork. I'll agree with another review that the crust is definitely same as pizza hut GF (Udi's) so if your familiar with it you know what to expect, I don't care much for it but the toppings were very good.

My partner had the Ribs and I much preferred them over them pizza and highly recommend getting them. They say they can't guarantee meals to be gluten free but I had no reactions.

Others have complained of slow service, we arrived 6:45 pm and had our drinks and food within 20 minutes so I would say service was as quick as it could be, and the place was completely full at the time.

Get the ribs, they are gluten free and the house made island BBQ sauce is to die for! Menu is marked for gluten free options. It's the same owners as Tortilla Republic

GF pizza is great! So many topping options. Highly recommend the GF pizza with kahlua pork and pineapple!

Loved this place. Waiter knew his celiac stuff, he was great! Best GF pizza I've tasted. Very thin crust and crispy! Was told the cooks change their gloves and clean the prep area for Celiacs. Meats had gluten so they loaded my pizza with veggies. Music was great and terrace is open air. Loved it! Can't say enough. Patrick you are awesome!

Very knowledgable about gluten free, but pizza was just ok. Crust tastes similar to gf pizza hut, but if you're really craving pizza this may be your best option locally. They ran out crust the day my family was there shortly after we ordered ours. Lucky for my mother and me, who are both celiacs, but really sucky for anyone else who came that day.

Read all the great reviews about the pizza but never got to try the pizza :( a family next to us ordered 2 GF pizzas "just to see the difference between the regular pizza" and when I ordered mine the waitress came back and said they sold out of crust. Pretty frustrating because I HAVE to eat gluten free so I couldn't order a regular pizza "just to see the difference"

gluten free pasta was very tasty, penne cecca able to do soy free dairy free tomato free and still tasted great, very garlicky, which is good in my book. did not have a reservation, but got a table right away, but service was a bit slow at 7pm on a Wednesday.kept the waters filled though. hubby had regular pizza and thought it was good through pricey, like everything else here. menu says not separate area, cross contamination possible.

This place has amazing gluten free pizza and pasta! We couldn't get in because we didn't have a reservation, but we ordered a ton of food to go and it only took about 20 minutes until it was ready.

Pizza was good- a bit pricey for the size. Atmosphere was great very nice management.

1st visit 5 - Great gluten free options: pizza, pasta and salads Great setting and smell is fantastic when you walk in Staff is nice and waitress's went out of her way to come back with dairy free sauce option (most sauces and dressings have dairy). Goat cheese option for topping. Dairy free gluten free desert options. Fantastic!!! 2nd visit 2 - we called ahead and they told us 20 mins. We arrived after 15 mins and they didn't have the pizza in the oven yet. Bummer won't be going back to this place! Nothing to hold a prego lady and her screaming 2.5 year old toddler over because they couldn't get a $25 10" pizza cooked in time:(

Went here while on my honeymoon. I can't say enough excellent things about this place! Open air and excellent environment. We got the caprese and the shrimp puttanesca pizza. Amazing!

Great gluten-free pizza! I have eaten here on all previous trips to Kauai (before being diagnosed with celiac). I wasn't expecting to be able to eat here on this trip, but was pleasantly surprised that they have gluten-free pizza crust. I'm happy to say that their gluten-free pizza is excellent. They also have other gluten-free options-including a gluten-free rice pasta that I have yet to try.

I have severe celiac and they were so wonderful. They are so aware of cross contamination. They used fresh water and a clean strainer for my GF pasta and a brand new pan to cook my shrimp!! I highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Kauai.
