Though their products are tasty, our daughter became ill immediately upon eating an alleged gluten free bread. I could not recommend them to people with Celiac because of cross-contamination concerns.

Best gf rolls I've ever eaten! On Holidays, I don't miss my family's homemade rolls anymore because these are so amazing! I've bought the gf biscuits a few times and both times they were doughy (uncooked) in the middle. The gf cake is pretty dry in my option. I've had several other gf items here that were good, but none as amazing as the rolls :-). Update: I recently tried the biscuits again and they were made shorter and not doughy this time, yay!

I have been going to PJs bakery for the last 2 years. Everything is fantastic and freezes well. I have been gluten free for three years. She makes it easy to stay healthy. And the carrot cake is to die for!! Moist and delish! I cried when I got my first loaf of gf bread. I actually had my first ham sandwich in a year!! I highly recommend it.

Advance orders required for gluten free goods--they scrub down the kitchen and bake all the gluten free goods once a week. Looked like a good place, but we were just passing through so we didn't have a chance to try their food.

Awesome!

This wonderful little bakery, has the most amazing cinnamon rolls I've ever eaten...and they're gluten free. The prices are reasonable on their baked goods, and just the white bread alone was enough to make me want to shed tears of joy. They ship all over the country, but I'm so glad I'm less than an hour away.
