They don't have a gluten free menu and definitely don't have GF pancakes. Once I inquired about it and I got the impression then waitress didn't even know what gluten was.

A family friend of mine owns this restaurant. After learning about celiac, he began offering GF pancakes (which are so thick and YUMMY) and bread. If you notify the waitstaff of your "allergy," they will make sure to clean the griddles and use separate utensils :)
