Their open bowls are terrific. They don't use tortillas on this so no room for cross contamination with them. If you're super sensitive, perhaps skip the chips that come with it- but I am uber sensitive and had no issue. We ate here two times in two days and were psyched. Jalapeño and chipotle salsas rocked and habanero didn't disappoint with a kick. Definitely recommend. Counter guy knew about gluten on our visit so maybe it was a miss on previous reviewer's visit.

Had the shrimp bowl which states gluten free on the large menu. Very tasty!! Would recommend one of their many bowls. Beans rice guacamole it was all good :) and the chips that come with it make it like a mini nacho. :) we will be Back

Just went in, but on talking to the guy behind the counter, (who really didn't have a clue about gluten), found out that their corn and flour tortillas are stored together in the warmer. So much for cross contamination. I left rather than risk it. I normally wouldn't review a place I hadn't actually eaten at, but I went there based on it's high rating on this site, which is misleading. This place is not for a Celiac or someone who is very sensitive.

I loved Planet Fresh as a vegan college student in the early 2000s, and I was really excited to come back to it last week and learn that their food is just as good and all of their burritos are available gf (basically on a plate instead of in a tortilla).

Delicious! I'm so happy I can keep eating here & have an actual meal off the menu rather than something thats just deconstructed.
