Was able to get a burger with a wonderful GF bun! They brought out potato wedges instead of fries which were delicious! The waiter also asked about my Gluten intolerance vs allergy/celiac which made me feel comfortable!

Talked to three people including a manager about tortillas asking if they were cooked in a shared fryer. The server went to check and never came back. The manager looked at me weird, didn’t respond and walked away. Food came out and the GM delivered it. He asked if I was celiac and I said yes. He told me it was a shared fryer then still tried to give me the food. I don’t trust them.

Waiter was super knowledgeable, manager came out to confirm everything. There is no gluten free fryer contrary to what some say on this page. You can ask for oven roasted fries though. I had the salmon. The manager and chef said they had GF soy sauce but you have to ask. It was very good and I felt safe eating here.

I had a burger on a gf bun. They chef made me “fries” but they were just potato wedges. Food was nothing special, but I enjoyed my burger. Would definitely eat it again.

I gave it 3 stars bc the food was actually really good but even though the server said the ribs and fries were gluten free .. I don’t think they were or there was cross contamination bc my daughter and I both felt it afterwards .. sadly bc the food was so good!

Excellent experience. They do not have a gluten free menu, and nothing is marked on the menu, but when I asked my server he immediately sent over the manger to help specifically craft a meal gf for me. He also assured me it’s specially marked on the ticket, he notified the chef, and it came out separately. They have a gluten free bun option for chicken sandwiches or burgers, the manager told me all sauces are gf (but always double check this was at the time I was there), and they said they have a dedicated gf fryer. Very pleasant experience!

Son and I are both celiac and very sensitive. We enjoyed burgers, potato wedges and a smoothie and didn’t get ill. Waiter was knowledgable. No gf menu. I’d definitely eat there again.

amazing experience! the place is a spectacle on its own! The service is exceptional! The food is very good. They don't have an exclusive GF menu, I confess that I was a little afraid, but they present the options and make your food right away, separate from the others! It was a great experience!

Great experience overall! They do not have a specific gluten free menu, but the waiter had the manager come talk to me about how they could make certain meals gluten free for me and even mentioned other allergens (like lactose in the hamburger buns) which was helpful since I’m intolerant of that too. I wish they would have had a few other options to choose from, but not a big deal. Highly recommend checking it out!

Excellent burgers and atmosphere!! The chef came out to help us. Waiter was excellent. Chef made us steak fries cooked separately.

Waitress was very knowledgeable and manager came out to talk to me and deliver my food. Burger bun was great and didn’t fall apart.

Overpriced because it’s in the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, but they actually have the chef come out and approve what you order. The chef actually filled out a special sheet and my food was delivered separately. I loved that!

The chef came out to let me know what was gluten free on the menu. There was a language barrier so unfortunately he was not helpful at all. I was worried about what I was going to eat as the chef was not able to tell me. He was only able to say there is a separate fryer. I asked if the burgers were gluten free after reading reviews on this app, he was able to say yes. Not very reassuring. Food was good, I got a burger, had GF bun and came with steak fries.

We wanted burgers so we did not go here to get a large selection. Chef came out to talk to us and we had cheeseburgers with GF bun and potato wedges. The food was good. My daughter also celiac enjoyed her chocolate milk shake.

There are much better options in Disney Springs for GF food. Although the chef came out and talked to me about the food there were still very little options for me. They do not have a GF menu or allergy list. The (bunless) burger and potato wedges I had to choose were decent but the quality and preparation were not worth the $22.00 it cost. I do not understand how the place received certified gluten free when they had no bread products I could have. I would say they are Celiac friendly only because I did not get sick. There were no indications that any precautions were taken.

The waitress wasn’t that knowledgeable on what foods contained gluten and didn’t ask if I wanted to speak to a chef. Eventually I spoke with a chef and all I could really get was a salad, no bad reaction, but overall not the best experience

I came with a school trip that had a set menu. All I could order was a salad with chicken,ok fine. Chicken was undercooked and tasteless. Everyone else at my table had the same issue. Other people’s Cesar salads had almost no dressing on it and chicken undercooked as well. All in all wouldn’t recommend at all! Everyone agreed that the food sucked

They were the most amazing experience I have had since being diagnosed. Chef automatically comes to table with any allergy. I told him I was celiac and vegetarian. There was only one item that fit the bill. He said “do you mind if I make you something special. I said sure. Had the most amazing off the menu meal. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful. We were able to order the Turkey Sandwich subbing for a gluten free bun and no cheese. The chef made a separate batch of steak fries for us, and the portion size was very large. I have a feeling many items can be customized and the kitchen staff was very knowledgeable.

It is extremely hard for me to find places that are accommodating to both gluten and dairy free. First off, they let me and my boyfriend sit in the "honeymoon seats" which were absolutely amazing. The chef came out and made adjustments to help my needs. Was super friendly and didn't act like I was a bother. Food took a little long but what can you expect from such a busy place. Loved having such a great seat enjoying my dinner watching the big screen. Waitress was super nice. Great staff overall. Highly recommend !

We used to love coming here before the remodel. Now not only are the prices higher (which most of us could overlook as long as it doesn't make us sick), but the menu has changed dramatically. They had the chef come out as always to go over options, but all he said was "we have gluten free buns." I asked about their yummy pizza they used to have and the said they no longer serve it. I asked what apps were gf and he said "nachos". I inquired if the potato wedges could be and he said "oh, yeah we could do that." "How about the cheese dip and cheese?" "Yes, that too." So....more than just nachos? We didn't feel like sandwiches so ordered the salmon. (Which to be fair, along with the potato wedge appetizer, was delicious.) BUT my son and I both got sick when we got back to the resort. AND we always take enzymes, so we must have gotten substantially glutened. Stinks, because we always loved this place. Sometimes change isn't good.

When I told the waiter I was GF and DF, he went and got the chef. I figured a burger and fries would be simple and he said he would make me my own steak fries and bake them! Everything was great - food, service, and more.

Excellent choice for gluten free. The chef comes out to go over the menu with you and they are willing to make things gluten free. They're the potato skin app gluten free and had delicious gluten free pizza for my son. They even had gluten free desserts and the best part was they charged normal prices, not double like you find in most places.

Best and easiest place for glutenfree food at Disney. Great service, not that great food. Very easy to see what was glutenfree with their online menu. I ordered a chicken burger that game with a side of fries, driest burger I’ve ever had. The taste was nice but it was just way too dry
