All pancakes are made from gluten free flour!!! Knew what they were talking about when it came to cross contamination and Coeliac. My first experience getting food from a little food truck but the lady put me at ease so much. Offered to change gloves etc so clearly very clued up. Opened a new Nutella just in case too. 10/10 experience

Spoke to the lady serving about my daughter being coeliac. All actual pancakes are made from GF flour, only toppings may not. Both the person cooking the pancakes and the person adding the toppings changed gloves when they made my daughters. The strawberries she had were next to the biscoff (gluten) crumb biscuit, which might be wise to move in future, but it didn’t look like there was any crumbs on the strawberries. We are very particular about cross contamination but felt at ease here.

If they had, had another pallet of strawberries, she said she would have opened them.

Fluffy lovely mini pancakes :) Pancakes are gluten free, and are the only thing cooked here, only some of the toppings are not gf, but staff knowledgeable.

YUMMMMM!!! GF pancake stand!! Lots of DF toppings too! So delicious and also just FUN (something we miss being GF).

This mini pancakes stall is located inside the Greenwich Market. All pancakes are gluten free and most toppings but not all so ask about that. I had nutella and strawberries (they offered to open a new jar of nutella for me to avoid cross contamination). Tasty, just maybe a bit on a smaller size so best to have as a snack.
