Owner/chef is very careful. He will prepare in another fryer. Call in advance if you dont want to wait. If owner is not there like week nights or weekends, i'd skip.
Very few GF options here. No meats and only spicy sauce is safe. Cook was knowledgeable about GF however, and I had no problems. My "veggie" poutine was very good!
Not much choice of menu but the poutine was good and staff was well informed about gluten and celiac disease.
