Best GF experience I've had at a restaurant. The whole menu is vegan/dairy free with lots of GF options. They brought out my food first, noting that it was celiac safe and brought separately to avoid CC. They also swapped out the corn tortillas on my tacos for mixed greens because the facility that manufactured them also processed wheat so they weren't sure the tortillas were celiac safe and didn't want to risk it. My server even noted that he checked and saw my husband's side of chips (brought in a separate dish) was GF certified. They took such incredible care to avoid CC - and the food was delicious too. A must for celiacs in Idyllwild.
