One of the tastiest GF savory meals I’ve experienced with such variety and thoughtful, healthy cooking. Worth a quick stop off I-40. I plan cross-country trips to eat here!!! We’ve enjoyed breakfast, brunch, and lunches. Quiet, pleasant area with outdoor, dog-friendly seating.
The place is dedicated GF and Vegan. Personally as a celiac, I also like to avoid oats, which are used in a good amount of menu items here. If you also prefer to skip the oats, you just have to be a little more careful and ask about the ingredients but there are still certainly plenty of options without them. Stopped here for breakfast and was not disappointed by the taste. Definitely worth the stop.
This tiny restaurant is completely gluten free, so I can have anything on the menu! If you have any doubts, you can watch it being prepared. There is a large variety of gf vegan...mexican, sweet baked goods, bowls, etc. I LOVED the banana pancakes! They are a cross between a not too sweet banana muffin and a banana pancake. Perfectly cooked. I also drank one of their fabulous golden milk lattes.
I was visiting from out of town and was excited to try this place. I ordered a matcha and the Buckwheat Oatmeal and Granola with Bananas and Blueberries. The matcha was okay. It wasn't great and it wasn't worth the drive. However, the Buckwheat was served in a small cup cold with a side of almond milk with 3 or 4 fresh blueberries and two slices of banana. Have you ever eaten raw buckwheat groats? I added the milk and it was like how I'd imagine gravel to taste. Gritty and disgusting. It didn't soften with the addition of the milk, and you could easily lose a tooth. I'm serious. You really could loose a tooth or a filling. Shouldn't the buckwheat be cooked so it's soft?!? I threw it away, but I ended up getting extremely sick. I lost a day of my trip. As someone who is gluten-free/dairy free and needs to be careful when dining out, I was very excited to try this place. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it.
I've been here several times and never been sick. The food is very good but it is pricy. It's so nice to be able to go into a restaurant and order anything because everything is gluten free!
We were visiting from out of town and tried this place today. We had the banana pancakes with fresh fruit and maple syrup and they were totally awesome. We were told that everything there is gluten free. We will definitely be back the next time we come to OKC. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Delicious! My favorite menu item is the sweet potato tacos with extra sauce - absolutely amazing! The fact they source local is a huge factor in why I support them as well. Highly recommend.
I loved this place when I found it, but after reading multiple complaints of the cooks harassing the staff and management allowing it…I just can’t support that. Hoping to find another alternative that I can support! I know this isn’t food related, but I feel it’s important to be aware of when picking what businesses to support.
Amazing. Everything on the menu is gluten free. They even have truly gluten free beer available
Amazing... this place is dedicated gluten free and has a great menu. Their smoothies are also 10/10.
