They had a marked menu for gluten free items and items that could be modified gluten free. A manager came over to supervise ordering and the kitchen already uses tamari instead of soy sauce in the menu. Staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful and I did not get ill.

Completely vegan menu was absolutely delicious!
