Review of Plataran Ubud Hotel & Spa

The staff is not very knowledgable on GF food but I asked exactly what I wanted and they went above and beyond to provide it. I had fried rice with vegetables and prawns and it was very good. I’m not sure about cross contamination but I am not a “real-time” sufferer so I can’t really tell. But customer service is amazing and they make sure all the ingredients are GF.
