Review of Playa Cabana

Went to Playa Cabanna Hacienda (sister restaurant of Playa Cabanna) and had a lovely meal with no issues. There isn't a deciated fryer or kitchen space but the majority of their tacos are naturally gluten free. I was able to avoid cross contamination by having my tortia not put on the grill. Waiter was knowledgeable about celiac without me having to explain. Anything deep fried (including tortia chips for guac) would not be suitable for a celiac.
