I chose this place as our very first restaurant right after we arrived. We were very disappointed. Not only did we wait for an hour for açaí bowls, but they were the worst we’ve ever had. We chose açaí bowls because they had very limited gluten free options. I asked the waiter (who also happened to be the owner) if the granola was gluten free and he said, “No. I don’t actually know, so I’ll just so no.” This was very lazy, rude, and off-putting. A simple ingredient check would have been the kind thing to do. I honestly regret not walking out for that reason and how slow the service was. The terrible excuse for an açaí bowl was not worth it. It was as if they squeezed frozen açaí concentrate out of the packet, smacked it with a spoon a few times, and threw some chopped bananas on top. It was so icy and chunky. I would not go here again and I would suggest you steer clear as well. Save your time and money for a place that respects you and puts love into their food.
