They don’t offer gluten-free pizza. But they do at an associates restaurant across the street called East Side Eatery.

My wife wanted pizza while we were in Santa Cruz so we stopped in as we saw they had gluten free pizza. From what I could tell, their business model is pizza by the slice and carry out whole pizzas. So not surprisingly they had to make our gluten free pizza from scratch which took about 30 minutes which they didn't tell us. (My hunch is the GF crust is frozen.) The pizza reminded me of what gluten free pizza was like 10 years ago -- the crust was rock hard and had no taste. The toppings were fine but nothing special. Also the cashier openly acknowledged to his friends who came in that he didn't want to be there. They had a lot of people come through while we were there, so I suspect their regular pizza is good, but go ANYPLACE else for gluten free pizza.

They have great GF brunch, dinners, sandwiches and pizza. French toast and pancakes are killer for brunch and their Cuban sandwich on GF bread is super tasty.

Unfortunately The take out place across the street doesn't carry gluten free slices so you have to go to the sit down restaurant if you want gluten free. The pizza is really good but not the best I've had but it really great after a day at the beach. I watch them cook our pizzas and do wonder about CC though but can't really say I've ever had a problem.
