Very tasty and safe! Andy the owner, has an excellent understanding of how to prepare gluten free food safe for someone with celiac disease. The restaurant doesn’t have a gluten free menu but, will use gf soy sauce and work with you to make your meal gluten free. Cross contact precautions are taken seriously. The miso soup is gf and we’ve enjoyed many of the sushi rolls and nigiri. We always get an order of fried rice, either with chicken or shrimp. We have eaten the food from Plum many times and we’ve never had a reaction.
