I love this place. I eat here 1-3x a year whenever I get a layover in Dallas and will terminal hop just for it. I’ve never had an issue here.
But you need to be warned: the fries and potatoes while they say they’re gluten free, they’re not. Both are fried in same fryer as the breaded chicken. There’s still plenty of options here, still haven’t had an issue since 2020 and there’s a good bar right next to it.

Could not find this. Please post pictures if it is still there.
I had salmon, fries, and broasted potatoes plus some of the prepackaged snacks, all of which tasted great and I did not get sick. Expensive, of course, but seems like one of the safest options in the airport. Each item has a placard with GF/dairy-free/vegan marked for each item. If I I'm stuck in DFW and have time and money to burn, I would eat here.

Got the eggs breakfast with no biscuit- it was $17 but my airline voucher covered it so I am not too perturbed

I had a layover cause I missed my flight. Thank you everyone for your reviews. Breakfast here was tasty and I did not get sick. It was nice to eat before flying out.

Came for breakfast, got the potatoes & bacon. As other review mentions right next to the biscuits.. separate utensils out for everything. I’m very sensitive celiac this is not normally a risk I would have taken but I was starving. Thankfully no issues at all & it was delicious! Also if you don’t want to take the risk - have great gluten free packaged snacks here like gluten free Snyder pretzels & individual fruits like bananas, apples, etc, best airport food experience yet

Best food in the airport (GF or not!). Clearly label all food with allergen info (GF/DF/VG). It is similar to a hot food bar, but with good quality food. I got a lemon rosemary chicken with brocollini and roasted kale potatoes. It is pricey but not too bad compared to expensive airport food in general.

Combo plate served cafeteria style. Ingredients posted on glass. The bacon was very close to the biscuits which could be risk for CC. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes had no gluten ingredients listed.
