They sometimes say that their "seafood" fryer is GF. Sometimes they say it's not. I think it is who is managing that day. Staff is not nice or truly concerned about serving food that is gF. I wish that they would get their act together or get off "find me gluten free"

the staff was very nice, but the breading is NOT GF and they share a common fryer with gluten foods. Had to leave because bread goes on grill with frilled seafood. Not celiac friendly at all

We went out of our way to enjoy this restaurant as this website claimed it was gluten free. Not only do they share the fryer with store bought cheese sticks and onion rings (Not Gluten Free), but they also deliver you after careful ordering your food with a big slice of bread on top. The cook and staff offered to correct the problem by taking the bread off!

Wonderful Louisiana food, with a gluten free fryer and DF options, too. All the fried foods are a GF corn meal.
