POC American Fusion Buffet & Sushi

This is an all you can eat Asian buffet. Although there are not a ton of celiac friendly options, the manager is amazing!! Super knowledgeable and helpful—brought packs of tamari and walked through the buffet line with us to make sure we were cautious. (He even flagged the California rolls as off limits based on imitation crab meat.)
