Review of Pocahontas Pancake House

The restaurant says that "they have no pans, only a cook top." So they cannot make their gluten free pancakes in a frying pan on the cook top to separate them from the food with gluten. Additionally, they say that they don't have to have separate pans according to the health inspector.
