Review of Pocahontas Pancake House

Delicious. My pancake looked so good that I confirmed for a third time it was gluten free as it looked fluffier than the regular one my daughter had. Great texture and flavor. Extremely sensitive and had no reaction (normally felt within 20-30 minutes).
