Review of Pocahontas Pancake House

The waitress was VERY aware of gluten and told us that they do not avoid cross contamination at all. Gluten Free pancakes are cooked on the same surface, waffle makers are shared.

While the staff is celiac friendly, the food is not. As such, I can't really recommend this place to celiacs :(
