Review of Pocahontas Pancake House

Had an omelette after the waiter told me that they only had to maintain an certain temperature to have shared cooking surfaces for pancakes. He also didn't make me feel confident about them supposedly using a separate waffle iron for the GF. Eggs and home fries were good though.
