Review of Pocahontas Pancake House

Didn't feel confident about potential cross-contamination but still went for the GF pancake and eggs. I don't know what mix they used but it was the least appetizing GF pancake I've ever had -- too thick, pale, gritty and almost bready. Went to the Mapletree Pancake House the next day (down the streer) and had a much more delicious experience.
