They have a detailed allergy menu posted on the wall (I shared it here). All drinks and toppings are gluten free, except the taro pudding and egg pudding. This is a newer location so the only food they sold at the time was bagels and fries, but the allergy menu also mentions fried chicken (probably from their other location). Since they only do fries in the fryer, it may be a dedicated fryer (sorry I didn’t confirm). But if they do eventually add fried chicken to their menu, it likely would no longer be a dedicated fryer.
