Pochitos Tortilla Factory

Pochitos makes great tamales that are fully gluten free. My family had several sensitive celiacs and they all ate the pork and cheese tamales and had no issues. I talked to the employees and confirmed the tamales were fully gluten free and did not touch any surfaces with wheat flour. Definitely a great place for Christmas tamales!
