Gluten friendly, very cute cafe and sweets shop. Owner and server were very honest about their gluten friendly options, and while their kitchen is not dedicated gf, I had no reactions to their foods. I had a delicious toasted sandwich and dessert.

We found this gem on our visit to Kinsale, Ireland. I need both gluten and dairy free and they have both! They do have gluten free bread but it is multi seed and I am also allergic to sesame so could not have it. I had salad and soup that was wonderful. I was also able to have a gluten and dairy free orange raspberry cake for dessert! I highly recommend this place! I did not have any reaction.
