Poffertjeskraam de Haan

They have glutenfree poffertjes but they're made in the same pan as the normal poffertjes. They showed me how they make the glutenfree poffertjes: they use a clean fork to flip them, but they don't clean the pan at all. They just scratch the pan a bit with a old fork but they don't use water or soap to clean the pan. They say they use a specific type of pan that cannot be cleaned with water (it will ruin the pan). We didn't dare to try it out. So we left right after.
