Staff identified the few items that had gluten, and understood the need for gluten free. It also looks to be low risk of cross contamination as each food option has its own spoon. I ate with no issues. Food was yummy, my spouse and 3 teenagers who are not celiac loved it as well. Will be added to our list of options when we are in the area.

Great and tasty poke bowl, they had GF soy sauce and used separate spoons for each toppings and they were able to tell me which toppings contained gluten

You choose everything that goes in your bowl. Each Bowl has its own spoon. When I said that I had celiac they told me that they have gluten free soy sauce, and which toppings I could not have. Everything is separate so there is very little to know cross-contamination.
