This is the freshest Poke bowl I’ve ever had. There’s always lines out the door at this place during lunchtime, with good reason: it’s delicious! The lady running the place is VERY knowledgeable about what is and is not safe. She told me the spicy tuna and salmon has one cup gluten soy sauce per gallon of spicy mayo - noting that she didn’t know how sensitive I am. The rice is gluten free and made with rice vinegar. They have all sorts of options and all you’d have to do is ask first. I love this place. They have options such as salad base, zucchini noodle base, burrito (with rice and seaweed like a huge sushi roll) all GF.
