I work here so I get to see everything that goes on.. All the food is safely prepared but once it's been put our there is no guarantee that some of the gluten Ingredients didn't touch the gluten free ingredients. There is definitely cross contamination, but you can still eat there as long as you ask to have all of your Ingredients taken out of the refill containers since those are 100% not cross contaminated. I wouldn't trust any of the sauces since they're all sorted next to eachother in the back and when we refill the containers most people don't take the time to wash their hands or the clean up rag.
Found this on Find Me Gluten Free. Didn’t know what to expect but we wanted another place to eat. We walked in and could tell the place was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us through the menu and ingredients on what was safe and not safe. A very pleasant experience in the restaurant. Once home we devoured our meals. So fresh, so clean. All the ingredients could be tasted independently but worked so well together! We were already making plans on when we could go back again!! So glad we went and so happy to post this so more people can enjoy!! Go see them! Go Poke’ !!
Love this place! Staff is very knowledgeable about what is safe. Everything is prepared in front of you. Super fresh and delicious!

Tips
Always make sure that the employees wash their hands get new serving ustesils and serve you from the restock containers. Everything on the bar has been cross contaminated! Also tell the employees about your condition we understand and just want to help you!

Food and service are really good! Great for fresh takeout. Most of the menu is gluten free, so anything with gluten is marked. I’m not sure about the safety because I didn’t ask. Considering most of the options are gluten- free and the gluten items are marked, we felt safe eating there. No symptoms afterward either.
Great food and good portions
Decent at accommodating GF. The menu specifies which items contain gluten. Poke Bros also has a gluten free OG sauce, which is kept in a separate refrigerator.
The staff were extremely knowledgeable about which items contained gluten and they were happy to pull things from the back (cross contamination definitely a risk). Rice bowl with edamame, chicken, and Sriracha aioli was delicious! No reaction!
