Love this place! I was eating here before I was diagnosed with celiacs and they have a GF menu.

Chef changed gloves, used fresh salmon on the bowl. Didn’t add sauces with gluten in it.

The food was delicious. I called ahead of time to make sure they had gluten free items. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me order when I arrived. They do have gf soy sauce now.

Not celiac safe at all. No gf soy. If I hadn’t asked multiple times they would have given me sauce with gluten. Person who took my order thought rice has gluten in it- completely confused. Nice atmosphere, fresh tuna, but not not not not safe.
No
This is a relatively new restaurant and the staff wasn't immediately knowledgeable about gluten free options, but they took me seriously, were very helpful, and confirmed that the chef was knowledgeable and would double check my selections. They warned that some of the meats had a flavoring on them with soy sauce, but that any sashimi would be ok or they could make some meat custom for me. They also brought out a bottle of one of the sauces for me to check the ingredients. There are many fried or more complex things that wouldn't work but I went with a make-your-own bowl with tuna, edamame, avocado, carrots, brown rice, pickled ginger and sweet chili sauce (I checked the bottle) and sriracha sauce on the side which was really tasty. The employee that brought out my food confirmed the chef had checked and all should be gluten-free, and I did not get sick. I would only recommend Poke Burri if you're ok with spending some time talking to the staff and with a bit of risk and/or trust in the chef (and ok with watching your friends eat delicious-looking fried goodness). Over time they will likely get more comfortable as more gluten-free people come in, and this one is worth trying.
