If you stick with a plain protein like tuna or salmon (not spicy) your meal should be gluten free. However there were some sauces labeled as gluten free that according to the lady making my bowl, were not.
I asked the ingredients in a couple of sauces including the teriyaki, which she told me most of the ingredients and added "it's not gluten free" after mumbling the last couple. The teriyaki sauce had a GF label. I went with balsamic, which wasn't a good choice (it was labeled as GF).
I got sick.

Clean and trustworthy food. Many sauces are gluten free and all of the food but 1 item is naturally gluten free. It is so yummy!!!
Food is fresh healthy and "clean" there are only two things not gluten free, Soy Sauce and Fried Onions as a topping choice. The sauces are home made. The owners understand GF and the dangers of cross contamination.
