I told them i needed to have gluten-free. They where okay with that. You build your own bowl and see them make it in front of you so you can control what precautions they take. They have gluten-free soy sauce. And most of the products are gluten free. be aware that they have some teriyaki marinated chicken, and teriyaki sauce, but you can switch it to no marinade and other sauces.
