Lots of options for celiacs, just have to avoid certain toppings like wonton strips and soy sauce! Clear list of gluten containing toppings found online. Food was really tasty and felt safe eating there!

Amazing experience! The owner eats gluten free (not celiac) and designed the menu so he could eat well there. They use Tamari, though the ponzu and some of the toppings have gluten. All fish gf. Owner was very attentive and kind in figuring out what I could have.

Poké is very good. Gluten free labeled well on menu. I liked the zucchini noodle option for a healthy base.

There are a few gluten items at this place (like crunchy wontons) but they’re easy to avoid. Get sauces like gf tamari and sesame oil for the poke. Great lunch option!

This place is fantastic. Poke is a Hawaiian raw fish rice bowl. Most of the ingredients are GF. The staff is knowledgeable in what has gluten. The quality of the fish is high and the toppings like pickled ginger and tobiko are delicious. Service is very fast, it is like Chipotle or Subway, you build your bowl as you go down the line. A regular bowl(2 scoops of fish) is under $12 and a large(3 scoops) under $14. This is a great addition to the Irish Channel and New Orleans
