This was the best poke we had on the island hands down. We went back 3x and I will think about this poke for years lol There was only one GF/DF/EF option but several GF options, ask which options and they were super nice.

Poke Market was the best reason to visit Hilo! The poke was the best I have had on the island and the staff was knowledgeable about what to remove to make the bowl gluten free, although I felt that I missed nothing. The poke was absolutely delicious! Just as a heads up, we searched and searched for the restaurant after reading the great reviews (especially regarding their gluten free options) but drove by several times because it’s a tiny storefront that’s easily missed. You order from a take out window, the poke is served in disposable bowls and there are two bistro tables with chairs on the sidewalk but otherwise you may want to go to the park or other spot to enjoy your meal. Also, there limited drink selection so you may want to bring your own. All this said, I would highly recommend this little gem for one of the best poke bowls I have ever had!

Super tasty, TONS of options. No seperate gf menu, or gf markings, but Workers were very knowledgeable about what was gf and what wasn’t and said they can make substitutes for gluten items in bowls.

Good experience! There wasn't anything explicitly stating what had gluten in it, but the person working the counter said the only things that we needed to avoid were those containing soy (which was marked on all items) since their soy sauce wasn't compliant. My husband (celiac) was able to get the Hawaiian-style ahi and built his own bowl. Delicious and no reaction or issues!

I had the spicy ahi tuna bowl. just give him a heads up that your celiac or gluten-free and they'll tell you what you can get. Also pretty much most of the sauces are out of the question but don't worry about it because the ahi is legit. The best pokey I've had ever, it's a perfect hole in the wall.

Amazing poke. Best I had on the island. We got spicy poke with sweet potato, pickled cucumber, and avocado as sides on top of sushi rice. No reactions. Ask which items are gf he is knowledgeable. The only thing they couldn’t put on top was a sauce because he said they had gluten.

Good poke. They really know what is gluten free in their counter. We ordered bowls and i had several options and even crab meat (which, I admit, made me nervous). No issues.
