Extremely safe! Eat here all the time! Just be sure to tell them you need GF soy (tamari). They use clean gloves and nothing touches, all items have their own spoon. Obviously there are some items with gluten like the crab (which is imitation), seaweed salad, most of the sauces and most crunchy toppings so we just order the GF sesame shoyou which is ginger water, sesame oil and tamari. Furikake (topping is also GF and adds flavor). I wish they were more knowledgeable about GF sauce options because I'm pretty sure there are more that are/could be GF, but they dont know nor do they bother to look into it. Sushi is very fresh so cant complain too much. Also is next door to a local bar that has live music outside on the weekend evenings so you can sit outside at the tables and eat, listen to music and have some wine!
