Basic poke. Celiac approved if you do your own diligence. The server was not highly experienced but much of the items were not marinated, they served with separate spoons, changed gloves etc. they had a list on a post-it note which sauces were GF (sesame oil & wasabi mayo). There were a few ingredients like furikake seaweed seasoning they were unsure so I just left that out.
