I don't remember seeing him change gloves, but I wasn't paying attention. He was so knowledgeable. When I said I needed gluten free and had never been there before, he lead me through it. You have ti do a build your own bowl but there are LOTS of options. The menu clearly labels it all. They have a specific GF poke sauce that he made sure to show me before he put it on my food. DELICIOUS

Staff is very careful with buffet type serving without touching toppings and each having it's own serving utensil. They are cheerful about changing gloves and know what is safe. Not to mention this food is delicious!!! Both locations have been great

Staff was knowledgeable but I got sick from cross contamination
The food there was great and it is clear what is GF and what isn’t. Gloves were changed to prepare my food. The staff was super nice.

Staff able to describe safe options. Meat not marinated and staff proactively changed gloves when I said I have Celiac Disease. I also tested the food with the Nima sensor and the meat and toppings have been GF twice. Delicious food, good options, and knowledgeable staff.
I also know the owner and have spoken with him multiple times about what it takes to be Celiac friendly and he’s serious and making it safe.

None of the protein options are pre-marinated, a gluten-free poke sauce is available on request, and management reports that the noodles are made with separate pans from the rice and served with independent utensils.Disclaimer: I don’t have an acute reaction to gluten.
