The workers were truly untrained in gluten, and there was no allergen or gluten free menu online or in store. This seems like a major miss for a restaurant where much of the menu is probably naturally gluten free anyways.
I was able to pick out visibly safe ingredients, based on them being simple and clean like fish and rice and pineapple; but avoided things that had any sauce or were a potential risk, and I was fine. They had packets of tamari soy sauce.
