Any gluten would be in fried offerings or sauces. The usual, soy sauce, etc. if those are avoided it seems safe
I have only eaten poki bowls, and I avoid any sauces except sesame oil. I stick to what I know to be the least risky prospect when I need to eat out.
Enjoyed the gluten free option- Yamasa Tamari but too much sauce for the poke. Nice amount of fish options though!
