Workers didn't know what had gluten and what didn't. Only the sauces were labeled at GF or not. I got sick eating the pre-packed Spam Musubi. I had a build your own Sushi Burrito a different day that I chose my own ingredients and didn't get sick. But I had to ask for glove change AND counter wipe down. Lots of chances for cross contamination. I'm Celiac but sometimes I get stuck without food from home and have to chance eating out.
