I walked in and had a very bad feeling about this place. Just visually, I could see cross-contamination. I would not feel safe eating here.
By far the best pokebowl i’ve ever had! The fish is so fresh, tender, and tasty. The staff was super cautious when i warned then i had celiac. They changed their gloves and my entire meal was grabbed from the prepared food that had not yet been touched to avoid any cross contamination. she also used new utensils! cant get everything from the menu but you can get majority!

Really good allergen protocol at this chain and staff is willing to accommodate. Relatively large portion of menu is gluten free.
I have eaten here twice and not gotten sick! They have well labeled gluten free options.
Every time I come in the manager carefully prepares my order with new gloves and ingredients from the back. I highly recommend! The manager is also just such a nice person!
