I stopped by in person before bringing my newly-CD-diagnosed daughter. They were super nice, friendly, and happy to walk me through their ingredients, process, what was or was not GF, and so on. It's not a 100%GF facility so there is always a possibility of cross-contamination, but they do use different tools for each ingredient and you can watch each step, so as long as you mention your concern and observe for yourself, you should be OK. Most of the sauces contain gluten (as does the premixed spicy fish and the masago/fish roe), they also have GF soy sauce. (Minus one star because I save five-star ratings for totally GF or GF-dedicated facilities.)
