Review of Poly Deli

It's nice to have an on-campus gluten free option. The bread does crumble but isn't rock hard. I wrap the sandwich in the wax paper to keep it together while I eat it. Definite cross contamination. They are supposed to change gloves and make it on clean wax paper but I've only actually had one guy do that for me once.
