Surprised by the perfect safety ratings - when I went in they told me directly that they use the same grill and prep area for both gluten and gluten-free foods, and couldn't guarantee anything about cross-contamination. Just because you didn't feel sick doesn't mean the place is safe!
Can't comment on the food because I wouldn't eat it. I did appreciate the knowledgeable and transparent communication from the staff. They clearly have the right attitude and training about celiac disease, but this is not a no-risk facility.

Lots of gluten-free options! Most items are made with corn / corn flour. Vegan-friendly also. Had a lovely experience and the food was superb! A great introduction to Venezuelan street food.
