Great selection! I been there several times and each time the pizza and salad is outstanding.
Not celiac safe - the pizzas are all cooked and prepped together & ovens have flour and the manager said that the heat will burn off the gluten. That is absolutely not true and when I explained that was a misnomer, she didn’t seem to care. They can do gluten-free pasta in clean water, but they do not designate calendars and pans just for gluten-free pasta.
Gluten free pizza and pasta. Confirmed gf pizza shares same general ovens. They said cooking at 900 degrees clears everything out and celiacs eat here regularly. I tried a GF bufala pizza. Underwhelming. Not worth it….and risk of cross contamination to boot.

The best gluten free pizza ever! Always get delivery (via 3rd party food service) when in Scottsdale and wish I could take a whole pizza home with me! If you have celiacs, you need this pizza in your belly ❤
I’ve been here a handful of times and unfortunately got sick after my most recent visit. Would not recommend the pizza due to cross contamination
Seems there’s conflicting info based on the last couple reviews — the server we had said pizzas are cooked in the same oven as the regular ones but either in a different area or after a thorough cleaning. She also said they’ve never had a reaction in 10 years, so I went for it and didn’t have a reaction. Delicious pizza and salad. I’m on the fence about the protocol and won’t make it a go-to, but it worked fine today.
Absolutely not safe. Server told us pizza is cooked on the same surface as gluten but "it's not a problem". Hard no.
Confused as to why this place has such great reviews. The kitchen cooks the gf pizzas in the same oven as flour pizzas. Not safe for celiacs.
Wow, what a fantastic meal we had here! Homemade GF pasta!!! I mean how rare is that? It was so so good. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in town.
This was probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I can’t speak much to the safety of the restaurant as we ordered delivery… but neither of us got sick and the meal was great! Highly recommend!
We order here regularly. I am Celiac and react very severely to cross contamination and I’ve not had a bad experience here. Pizza is delicious and it’s so wonderful to have a place to enjoy who understands GF.
All sauces are GF. The penne pasta with an alfredo sauce was amazing!! The gelato shop next door was also wonderful!
My Celiac daughter was symptom free after eating the pasta!
Had a Pomo pizza and the chocolate cake. Pizza was only ok. Not a lot of flavor. Family wasn’t overly impressed with food either. That being said, did not get sick.
The pizza is SO good and so unusual to find neopolitan-style gf pizza! We ordered delivery and there was a snafu, they were awesome about it and the pizza came labeled with a gf sticker which was some nice extra assurance we had the right order and they’d paid attention.

Best gluten free dough I’ve had. All the pizzas I’ve tried have been delicious. Staff is very friendly.
Pizza was good, GF pasta had good texture abs consistency but the basil sauce was completely bland and tasteless. Would recommend for the pizza not for the pasta.

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I HAVE EVER!! Amazing service and this place gets GF & Cross contamination! I was so hesitant at first but you can sit at the bar and watch all the precautions take place while they wood fire your pizza! My new Fav!!
Please read this review. So when I order my gluten-free pizza. I told the servers and I say I have celiac disease. So I am going to get the gluten free cheese pizza with sopressata. When I see a guy preparing the gluten free pizza. He takes off his gloves and washes his hands. Get the gluten-free pizza out and get a plate. They put the gluten-free pizza on the plate so I won’t touch the other pizzas and they use separate toppings. Then do use the plate To put the a gluten-free pizza in the brick oven. when it’s done cooking. They Use a separate spatula to get the gluten-free pizza out and they put it on the plate. It’s ready to eat. I eat the whole pizza because it’s so good. I am never had a problem with Pomo pizzeria. This restaurant is safe for people with celiac disease :)
Had a AMAZING experience today. Kids had GF pasta and I had GF margherita pizza. So good. This is not the standard thin crust that many restaurants buy and add their toppings. This is the real deal authentic Italian pizza made in imported ovens by Italian chefs. I’m sad I didn’t take a photo. AND the gelato next store at Luna is to die for!! My daughter is also dairy free and loved the sorbetto!
