Was informed by restaurant staff that this is not a safe place for celiacs. They try to exclude gluten for those who choose not to eat gluten, but said they weren't prepared to make a dish for someone who really can't have gluten due to celiac or allergy.

Dinner menu is about 85% gluten free without modifications! Lots of choices and they're very accommodating and careful.

Lists what menu items are gluten-free friendly and what can be made gluten-free friendly. Has gluten-free flatbreads. Willing to modify, very accommodating!
