Finally, a Hawaiian restaurant that makes their own lau lau! The pork was a tad dry but overall pretty amazing. The lau lau takes a long time to cook, so plan on being there a while. I couldn’t have the mac (of course) so I got double rice. The restaurant has been remodeled and has changed a bit. There is nice outdoor seating (which is where we sat). Seems like a popular local place and was very busy. There was a live jazz band with lots of dancers, which was fun.

You may have the Japanese Seaweed Salad or the Hawaiian Kalua Pork. I would make sure to remind them not to include the macaroni salad. Gluten free soy sauce available on request. No gluten free beer but wine is an option.
