All staff at Poole’s is incredibly knowledgeable about celiac disease/GF diets. I’m always impressed by their staff and the standards they uphold. Their menu isn’t marked, but 85% of the menu is GF and I’m always confident I’ll have the right information related to me about their kitchen and prep. Depending on the season, their fryer may be naturally GF bc they’re not frying breaded items in it. I was able to have French fries today :). Couldn’t recommend enough!
