An out of the way place, small, very friendly, that offers gluten-free bread as an option for most sandwiches. Specializes in many-flavors of popcorn, but serves a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, etc. We ventured off Hwy 83 for lunch while passing thru North Platte because one reviewer on another site mentioned "amazing Gluten-Free bread!" Just FYI: It was not amazing. Stale. Quite crumbly. Straight from the fridge, so ice cold. However, the meats and cheeses were very fresh. It was like eating a good deli plate off GF bread. Loved the deli fixings.

Awesome place that is very knowledgeable and accommodating by making any sandwich GF and knows about cross contamination. They notified me they opened a new guacamole to ensure safety. Great mid-NE I-80 lunch stop. The few miles off the freeway is worth it.

The food was phenomenal!!! Wild Rice and chicken soup, Cubano, sweet tea made just right and gf salteens!!! Wow!

The only downside was cranky staff... Not cranky about the GF just in general..

We eat here often and have never been ill. Sandwiches are served on Glutino multigrain bread. GF potato soup is always available and sometimes another kind too. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Driving back through Nebraska what a great gluten free find! Got all sandwiches on gluten free bread and even had gluten free popcorn and Rice Krispie treats - delicious!!!

Really great place for lunch. They will substitute out any bread for GF on their sandwiches. They also have GF soup and crackers, popcorn and desserts that are GF.
